01What's included in the rental price?
Your flat-rate price includes delivery, pickup, and up to 14 days of rental. Disposal fees for accepted materials are included up to the weight limit.
02What happens if I go over the weight limit?
Overweight loads are charged at $100 per additional ton. We'll notify you before any extra charges are applied.
03Can I keep the dumpster longer than 14 days?
Yes — extended rentals are available at $15 per additional day. Just give us a call and we'll arrange it.
04What materials are NOT accepted?
We cannot accept hazardous waste, tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, asbestos, or appliances containing Freon. NO Dirt, Brick, Rocks or Concrete. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
05Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We take every precaution to protect your property. Our drivers place boards and protective materials under the dumpster before setting it down, preventing damage to concrete, asphalt, pavers, and landscaping. We're driveway friendly — your property is treated with the same care we'd want for our own.
